About 2 weeks ago Anna from Gotein asked to send me some protein supplements to review and then giveaway on my blog! First let me tell you a little about Gotein.
Gotein was specifically designed for people on the go and more than 75% of Gotein’s customers are women. The protein supplements come in three flavors: chocolate, vanilla, and strawberry. They come pre packaged in a perfect serving size to mix in a 16.9 oz water bottle so you don’t have to deal with scooping protein and measuring liquids.

Gotein chocolate has 16 grams of protein, 6 grams of carbs, 24 vitamins and minerals, 110 calories, and 1 gram of sugar.
My thoughts: It tasted like a brownie and I really liked it. I tried it once with water and once with milk and it was great both ways, but I prefer my protein with milk.

My mom’s thoughts: She liked it because it didn’t taste like artificial strawberry flavoring. She also said it wasn’t chalky or gritty and loved how easy it was to have in a water bottle.

Gotein vanilla has 17 grams of protein, 5 grams of carbs, 24 vitamins and minerals, 1 gram of sugar and 100 calories.
My brother’s thoughts: He was surprised that it only has 1 gram of sugar because he said it tasted sweeter than he expected, but in a yummy way. He tried it with milk and with water and preferred it with milk.

The strawberry sounds good to me!! But I’m very simple with my protein powders because I like to add fruit, or PB2 or coco powderr to them ya know? But seriously I love trying new powders!! Ps. Glad you had fun on your vacation!
