Howdy! Tonight feels particularly cozy for me. I wish it was a bit more comfortable… I got diagnosed with eczema today 😦 it hurts. But I did miss school-which is good and bad haha. It was a nice break but now I am behind in school work. My little sister had to get a post surgery shot in her stomach today so I decided to bake for her:

Chocolate Chip cookies! Though she likes the dough more than the cookies.. anyone else have that problem? I do when I bake quick breads!!

The smell of cookies makes the house so much better 🙂 But the smell only lasts so long so my mom lit some candles and I’m just hanging out and doing homework. Plus feeling itchy …. ow haha the rash is even on my BUTT! Ickkkk.

On Sunday I had salmon from eat n park with my boy 🙂 It was tasty, as always. I like every kind of fish!

The dill sauce is really good with the salmon and even the snap peas.

Yesterday was chili for dinner ❤ more cozy food! I baked a batch of corn bread to go with it:

I really prefer bread over muffins as far as cornmeal goes.

MY PUPPY ATE THEM ALL. So I can’t tell ya if they were good! You’d have to ask the little nasty herself!
